History:

Born to a Emolga Witch (Mother) and a Zebstrika Muggle Father, she was often a troublemaker. Always the one who creates chaos in the family such as using her electric moves on her siblings. She wasn't bullied at school but was often getting sent to detention due to her breaking school rules. She was the top player on their soccer team. She even started bragging about it to her friends and to her other classmates. So yeah, pretty much, it's a normal life for Rosa.

However, when she turned 13, she had discovered something magical. It was the final season for Rosa's Soccer Team, her mother cheering on the sidelines. And Rosa was surrounded by the team's rival teammates. She had nowhere to go, nowhere to give the ball to. Then, as if by magic (which it is), she pushed down the pokemon surrounding her. Her teammates, their coach and the audience we're shocked at what happened. Rosa stopped and ran off the soccer field. Her team got disqualified after the incident. Ever since then, she had became the outcast of her school, much to her dismay. She tries to impress others with her soccer skills but no such luck.

A few days after the incident, not only she found out that she can do magic but her mother is a certified witch. Her mother mentioned that her father doesn't know about this and so as Rosa's siblings. Her mother decided to train Rosa's magic abilities in PokeWarts School. So, given a magic wand and her packed belongings, she sets of to the PokeWarts School as her first year of becoming a Pokemon Witch.
